What kind of baked goods do you offer?

Do you offer custom cake designs?
Yes! We love creating unique cakes for your special occasions. Please describe your vision in as much detail as possible when you place your order, and we’ll do our best to bring it to life. You can even share inspiration photos!
What cake flavors, fillings, and frostings do you have?
You can find a comprehensive list of our standard cake flavors, fillings, and frosting options on our Cakes & Desserts page. We are also open to discussing custom flavor combinations – just ask!
Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or other dietary options?
Please inquire about specific dietary needs when placing your order, and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate them. We are continuously exploring new recipes to expand our offerings.
What are dessert shooters?
Dessert shooters are individual servings of delicious layered desserts in small cups. They are a perfect way to sample different flavors or offer a variety at events. Check our Cakes & Desserts page for our current shooter selections!
What is the minimum order for your products?
Our minimum order for dessert cups is typically two dozen (24). For cupcakes, the minimum is one dozen per flavor and design.
Ordering Process & Lead Time
How do I place an order?
You can place an order by filling out our Order Form online, and we will reach back to discuss your needs.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially for custom cakes and larger orders. Generally, we appreciate at least ten days’ notice for standard items and three weeks’ notice for custom cakes or large events. However, we will always try our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on our schedule.
Is a deposit required for orders?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure or validate your order. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or delivery.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
We understand that things can change. If you need to make adjustments to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be subject to availability and may incur additional charges, especially if they are requested close to the pickup or delivery date.
Pickup & Delivery
Where are you located for pickup?
Our home bakery is located in Pelham, Alabama. We will provide the exact pickup address and instructions when your order is confirmed.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery within the greater Birmingham area of Alabama for an additional fee based on distance. Please inquire about delivery options and pricing when you place your order.
Payment & Other
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, and Zelle.
How should I store my baked goods?
Storage instructions will vary depending on the product. We will provide specific storage recommendations with your order.
Do your products contain nuts or other allergens?
To ensure your safety, please inform us of any allergies when placing your order, as our baked goods may contain or come into contact with allergens, including nuts, dairy, and eggs.
What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Do you cater for events?
Yes, we would love to provide sweet treats for your special events! Please contact us with details about your event (date, number of guests, desired items), and we can discuss options and pricing.
